As a customer centric company, it is our core business philosophy to first seek to understand the individual needs of each customer. That's why you'll be greeted by a live attendant when you call. They will assess your concerns and immediately transfer you to the support technician team member that can best address your needs. The support technician will not leave your side until the issue has been resolved.
A live attendant will take your call 24X7 and we provide real time support by technical team members from 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST. All support team members have extensive industry knowledge and have worked in retail pharmacies; they have walked in your shoes, so it is easier to understand your needs. |

Project Management

From the beginning, your Project Coordinator will establish a plan that will ensure success and maximum up time. You will be assigned a data conversion specialist, an IT/Network engineer, and a personal trainer.

Data Conversion
|
| Unlike most other pharmacy software providers, SuiteRx does not outsource the conversion of your data. Our in-house conversion specialists have expertise in accessing and extracting useful data from your existing system, converting it to the Intelligent Pharmacy Software format, and then verifying its accuracy with you. |

On Site installation

Our IT/Network Engineer will ascertain the best hardware configuration to satisfy your requirements and then be on-site to install and connect each piece of equipment to ensure its reliability and performance or work remotely with your preferred / local IT person to connect the hardware…whichever you choose.

Training and Go-Live Support

Your personal trainer will establish an extensive, multi-leveled training regiment for you and your staff. The training process will make use of both remote and on-site training.

Remote Training
|
|
After your data has been converted and your server has been installed, your trainer will direct you and your staff through several remote training sessions. This remote training is meant to establish familiarity and ensure competence in the basic functionality of your Intelligent Pharmacy Software while simultaneously performing QA checks of the data to ensure its accuracy and identify any issues prior to go-live.

On-Site Training

So as to minimize the disruption in your pharmacy and allow you to focus on the health of your patients, your trainer will be on-site to provide additional training and assistance during those first few critical days. Instead of spending time on the phone with a remote trainer trying to resolve questions that may arise, we allow you to focus on keeping your business moving forward while we walk you through the completion of the tasks in question. All of our trainers have experience working in pharmacies, so they are competent in the business of pharmacy and sensitive to the needs of you, your staff, and your customers which assures a successful transition.
