Computer Systems Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Perform research and development in network based software applications for medical and pharmaceutical industry using Powerbuilder, Sybase Sql Anywhere, Visual Basic, MS SQL Server, Oracle 8i, Developer 2000, ASP, ASP.net, HTML, DHTML, and Javascripting, COM.
  • Be part of the development team, focusing initially on quality control.
  • Meet with end-users to determine future software requirements and serve as a liaison between programmers, clients, and the customers.
  • Recommend changes to software to streamline user applications, and work to support back-end databases.
  • Represent our companies in discussing the technical operations of the software and determine feasibility and impact of customer feedback.

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent PLUS 2 years of experience as a computer systems analyst or software engineer

Regional Sales Manager

REPORTS TO: VP of Business Strategies

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned region, including lead generation, product demonstration and contract negotiation. Follows all standard operating procedures and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with SuiteRx vision and values.

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • 5-7 years experience in sales management
  • Experience with software solutions, pharmacy background a plus
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirments
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

Implementation Manager

REPORTS TO: Chief Technical Officer

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for coordination and management of assigned customer projects, internal and external status reporting, proactive issue triage and management, documentation of implementation and client training and communication. The Implementation Manager works closely with the software installation team, sales team and executive leadership team to ensure smooth product launch and deployment. Responsibilities include training, coordination and management of Go-Live activities, product configuration and post Go-Live support for clients as needed.

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years Pharmacy or IT Project Management experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful customer service delivery relationships
  • Extremely organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
